Since I was 16!
I was inspired to start teaching others because of the inspiration I felt from my yoga teacher and the self transformation I witnessed within myself from the practice.
Warrior two. It always reminds me to stay present,
because my feet are grounded and my heart is centered. I’m
not leaning forward or back, I’m present.
Revolved triangle. It really brings me to my edge and the balancing aspect has always been difficult for my body.
