Meditation is an opportunity to take a pause from our daily lives and drop into the breath to find that peaceful place within. When we drop into the breath, we allow ourselves to reset the mind, body, and spirit so that we can show up more authentically for ourselves and the rest of the world.
I am so grateful for meditation, while we are all in a world of uncertainty my anxiety gets the best of me. Taking a moment each day to sit still and breathe has been a gift that I want to share with others.
