“ Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom”
- Viktor E. Frankl
"You never leave your yoga mat the same way as when you arrived. I believe the practice is about awareness and acceptance of all that is, in any given moment."
"I share my dedication and love of practice to those inspired and willing. Together we come together expecting nothing and in turn, experience everything."
"Yoga, for me, is a bible for living a great, healthy, happy and well-balanced life. It provides me with tools and knowledge needed when encountering any situations in life and teaches me to always adjust to what is as I’m flowing with the current of the river/life, rather than against it, and knowing that if I can bend I won’t have to break."
“If you judge people, you have no time to love them.” ~Mother Teresa
"Yoga teaches us to live in the present and be here, now. We've all been tasked with stillness, acceptance and patience these past few weeks - instead of focusing on what we're missing, can we shift our perspective to look at what we're gaining?"
"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
- Carl Jung
"Thoughts become things, words become actions."
“Do your little bit of good where you are. It’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world”
I am so grateful for meditation, while we are all in a world of uncertainty my anxiety gets the best of me. Taking a moment each day to sit still and breathe has been a gift that I want to share with others.
“Nothing changes if nothing changes”
Meditation is a gift that I give to myself by closing my eyes and connecting to the stillness of inner peace.

Meditation is an opportunity to take a pause from our daily lives and drop into the breath to find that peaceful place within. When we drop into the breath, we allow ourselves to reset the mind, body, and spirit so that we can show up more authentically for ourselves and the rest of the world.
Meditation is the opportunity to lower the volume of our life and accept the moment for what it is. To let go of what was or what will be and remain in a state of total “isness”. Meditation is an opportunity to find a place where everything feels right, our hearts are calm, souls at peace, and our vision is clear. It’s the place where we can be at peace with where we have been, where we are, and where we are going.
