I found yoga fifteen years ago, at a time when my life was being pulled in a million directions. I thought it’d be a great way to work on my post-baby body, but quickly learned its true gift of helping to balance my ever-growing, ever-changing life. Yoga is therapy for the mind, body and soul and through my journey, I have experienced a deeper sense of self and love.
In 2013, I completed my teacher training which brought me deeper into my own practice and the many aspects of yoga as a lifestyle. It also kept me curious about the practice, and in 2015, I completed a second teacher training that has led to numerous opportunities to teach and learn from others.
As a teacher, I hope to help students explore their own bodies and hearts through a strong practice rooted in yoga philosophy, creative and challenging asana sequences and playful, inspiring music.
I am grateful to all the beautiful souls who have been my teachers during this process and throughout my life, and for all the challenges and experiences that have made me who I am today.
