Jenny & Cathy join forces with Jason Wood, Pandora Healing, to combine the healing powers of sound with the restorative nature of yin yoga. This workshop will take you deeper into your body, as a way to inform your mind and understand your emotions.
No experience necessary! Come with a yoga mat, blanket and open heart!

Yoga is more than moving your body. It's learning how to listen, understand and ultimately learn more about yourself on a deeper level. This workshop will explore yoga philosophy, meditation, breath techniques, movement and other tools to deepen your practice.
After the 4-week online series, we will host an in-person mini retreat on Saturday, Oct. 3, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
